The RBA raised its cash rate by 25 basis points to 6.75% this morning, surprising absolutely no one.<\/p>\n
FNArena will later provide a summary of the accompanying RBA statement, but there are unlikely to be any surprises. We’ve all seen the data – one by one the news has rolled in that the Australian economy is strong and getting stronger.<\/p>\n
Attention now turns to when the next raise will be, and the majority of economists are beginning to think February is also is in the bag already.<\/p>\n
