\n\tBe careful as not all solid earnings stories in the Australian share market are equal even though they may look similar in a rising tide. Examples that come to mind are Domino's Pizza ((DMP<\/span>)), once again proven a solid through-the-cycle growth story but the share price has now landed on Icarus<\/span> radar. And the same applies to vitamins and food supplement producer Blackmores<\/span> ((BKL<\/span>)).<\/p>\n

\n\tAnother observation worth repeating is that stocks are entering Icarus<\/span> lists on the combination of falling price targets and moving share prices, which probably requires a little eye for details. There are now 13 stocks trading close but still below consensus target, including newcomers Port Bouvard<\/span> ((PBD<\/span>)), QR<\/span> National ((QRN<\/span>)) and Lycopodium<\/span> ((LYL<\/span>)). Domino's and Blackmores<\/span> are both part of this group as well.<\/p>\n

\n\tThere are now 16 stocks trading above target, including newcomer Minara<\/span> ((MRE<\/span>)) which is hardly a surprise given the take-over offer from its major shareholder. Also in this group are Monadelphous<\/span> ((MND<\/span>)), Cochlear ((COH<\/span>)) and Alacer<\/span> Gold ((AQG<\/span>)); all very popular stocks.<\/p>\n
