Hence, explains Simmons, a break-out above this level would instantly become a key event. Last week generated an inside week so the question remains open as to whether this resistance can be overcome. Under a positive scenario, Simmons predicts the cross will revisit 1.38-1.3850.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn addition, Simmons observes the <span>CRB<\/span> Index <span>apears<\/span> to have carved out a Triple Bottom which is a bullish signal while gold&#039;s reverse head-and-shoulders has now transformed into another H-and-S formation. Crude oil (<span>WTI<\/span>) appears set up for a big break-out, observes Simmons, with 105 the key price level. No life as yet for natural gas but one day, predicts Simmons, <span>natgas<\/span> will experience a roaring bull market.
