Initiation of coverage with Overweight

$3.10

17.87%

Jarden initiates on Ridley with Overweight and a 3.10 target.

The core thesis focuses on capacity expansion, efficiency projects, and the turnaround of the acquired Fertiliser Distribution (IPF) business.

Forecast includes 6% EBITDA growth and 8% EPS CAGR from pro forma FY26 to FY29.

The IPF segment constitutes 45% of pro forma FY26 EBITDA with $25m targeted synergies across IT, labour, and procurement by FY27.

Bulk Stockfeeds segment anticipates continued volume growth from debottlenecking five remaining feedmills. EBITDA remains insulated from near-term Middle East conflict sourcing risks.

FORECAST
Jarden forecasts a full year FY26 dividend of 11.40 cents and EPS of 15.70 cents.
Jarden forecasts a full year FY27 dividend of 13.60 cents and EPS of 22.00 cents.
